Warranty
- One (1) calendar-year warranty from the invoice date.
- Covers door replacement if the wood or faces bow or warp due to lack of adhesive or manufacturing defects.
- Bow in the plane of the door is considered a defect when it exceeds 1/4 in (6 mm).
- Covers the door only; it does not cover components such as hinges, locksets, tracks or peepholes.
- Claims are evaluated and answered within 30 calendar days.
